Congratulations to Naama Kaner on delivering her first MSc research seminar!
Naama recently joined the Side2Dairy project, funded by the Israeli Council for Higher Education (VATAT), which aims to develop alternative food products from agricultural side streams.
As part of the project, Naama focuses on the pretreatment of agricultural residues, such as wheat straw, to improve their suitability for downstream biological fermentation and conversion into valuable food ingredients.
Turning agricultural waste into sustainable food solutions is a big challenge, and we’re happy to have Naama on board!
Best of luck to Naama and the entire Side2Dairy team!
